Faulty Products
If your item is faulty, we’ll cover return shipping. Simply contact us within 14 days for a prepaid return label and instructions.
Exchanges (Size/Colour)
Need a different size or colour? We offer free exchanges. Contact us within 14 days, and we’ll send a return label.
Change of Mind Refunds
If you change your mind, you’ll need to pay for return shipping. Contact us within 14 days to arrange a refund. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
How to Start a Return/Exchange

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the refund. If approved, expect it within 3-5 business days. It may take up to 10 days to appear, depending on your payment method.
Damages or Issues
If your item is damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve it.
